Food is probably my most favorite thing in the world.
My food ethos is that I try to eat healthy most of the time... the 80/20 rule is a pretty good one to follow! I am a vegetarian and I LOVE experimenting with raw and vegan foods. Pretty much all of my recipes are made up off the top of my head depending on whats in the fridge or cupboards when I get hungry... and I am a very impatient cook - most of my meals only take 10-15 minutes to make!
