Can you give me an idea of what is included with 1-1 Online Coaching?

Of course! You will receive…

·         Personalised workouts tailored to your availability, fitness levels & any equipment you may or may not have available.

·         Access to my app where you will be able to track your progress, nutrition, achievements & follow your workout calendar with detailed instructions & videos to ensure you know what you are doing.

·         Personalised nutrition goals.

·         High Protein Recipe Packs starting with over 100 recipes & topped up with a bonus recipe pack each month.

·         Access to my Client Nutrition Course where you will be able to learn about nutrition in a much greater depth than just counting calories & macros.

·         A weekly video call check-in for me to ensure you are making continued progress towards your goals & for you to ask any questions / for any help you may need.

·         Access to a support group & weekly group calls for any extra support you may need in between your weekly check in.

·         And more :)

 

How much is 1-1 Online Coaching?

What do you need from me? What is my responsibility?

·         I need you to show up for yourself in a way which reflects your goals. I need you to ask for help when you need it & take the time each week to complete the workouts & plan your nutrition in accordance with the guidance I give you.

·         I need you to be honest with me if you ever feel overwhelmed or are struggling to understand something, I love to see my clients do well & I tailor your program every single week so if something needs changed, I can change it. If we communicate well, I can guarantee your success in the program, so I need you to play your part as a client in the same way that I need to play my part as your coach.

·         You will be expected to check in each week at your scheduled check in time. If you need to change your check in time please provide me with 24 hours’ notice & I will do my best to accommodate, last minute changes may not be able to be rescheduled as it would be unfair for me to ask other clients to shift their schedules at short notice.

 

Do I need access to a gym or to purchase any exercise equipment?

·         No, all your workouts are personally tailored to what you have available.

·         If you have equipment, we will include it in your plan.

·         If you have no equipment that is no problem!

 

 

How strict does my diet need to be?

·         Your diet needs to be one which is sustainable.

·         I will provide you with the tools you need to make your diet fit your lifestyle & to help you make progress towards your goals without giving up the foods you love.

 

Can I drink alcohol on the plan?

·         You can easily fit some alcohol into a healthy diet but obviously drinking excessive amounts of alcohol will negatively impact your progress.

My Online Availability:

·         I will provide same day advice to all queries Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm GMT.

·         Queries received at night-time or at weekends may have to wait until the next working day for a response.

 

Group Calls

·         You will have access to a free weekly group call in between your check ins where I will provide bonus extra support if needed. Times will vary each week (you will be able to vote for the time that suits you in the Facebook group).

·         I will do my best to accommodate any time requests but as is the nature of groups I cannot guarantee the times will suit everyone.

·         This is a bonus freebie & is not a mandatory aspect of your coaching so do not worry if you cannot make the group call.

·         I will post the zoom link to the Facebook group each week, if no one has jumped on the call within 5 minutes of the call start time I will presume no-one needs the extra help this week & end the call.
